The exceptional views of this 14th floor penthouse apartment are breathtaking. The renovation wants to direct the spotlight to the views and give a fresher, better functioning distribution to the rest of the house. Wood veneer panelled walls and dark tiles from the 70’s will are substituted with chalk rendered walls, white marble and oak. A new order is stablished highlighted by the modulation of the marble tiles that extend from the common areas out to the terrace through the frameless windows. The changing ceiling height helps orchestrating this new order and defines the rooms within the whole. Floors fit with wall pieces, that fit with windows that fit with ceiling… resulting in a calm, seamlessly integrated space.
